Discounts for the following 3 categories of participants are available:

- Members of ÖGBMT, HL7, AAL Austria, EFMI or OCG will be granted a discount of € 30,- .
- Employees of the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology.
- Groups (min. 8 participants).
Please note, that these discounts cannot be combined with student rates.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation until the Early Bird Registration Deadline, 50% of the total amount are charged.
In case of cancellation after the Early Bird Registration Deadline, 100% of the total amount are charged.
Given an author registers for the conference until 22.03.2021 and her/his paper is not finally accepted later on (Final acceptance notification: 07.04.2021), the conference fee will be refunded in case of cancellation.
